The City of Derry Airport's single terminal houses a comprehensive range of amenities and services including an airport shop, catering facilities, bureaux de change and information services. The airport shop offers a wide range of convenience items, knick-knacks and gift options, while the café, bar and restaurant facilities provide a selection of food and beverages.
The Airport Shop can be found in the main concourse of the terminal building, while the bar and café are located in the Departures area.
The Airport Information Desk, which doubles as a local tourist information point, is situated in the main concourse and deals with all airport-related and travel queries, can assist with accommodation reservations and offer information about local attractions and current events. A Travelex bureau de change is located at the information desk and a First Trust Bank ATM is on hand for cash withdrawals.
Business travellers have access to a business lounge on the first floor of the terminal, where television, video, photocopy and fax facilities are available. A small airport conference room is also located on the first floor and can be used for meetings or conferences of up to 15 people. Catering services and audiovisual equipment are available on request, but they are not included in the rental cost of the conference room.
The City of Derry Airport was designed with disabled travellers in mind and features reserved parking spaces for handicapped visitors, low level curbs and ramps throughout the car park and specially adapted toilets. For easy accessibility, all services and amenities are located on the ground floor. Additionally, a children's play area offers a welcome source of entertainment for youngsters who are travelling with their parents.
