The airport is located on the A2 Highway that runs between Londonderry and Colraine, approximately 11 km / 7 miles from the city of Londonderry.
To reach the City of Derry Airport from Belfast, take the M2 northwards, connect with the M22 motorway and then join the A6 to Derry. From Derry, take the A2 all the way to the airport. Most main routes are clearly signposted along the way and those driving from Londonderry will find that the Caw Roundabout, to one side of the Foyle Bridge, links to the busy A2 Highway.
